Compliance and Fuel Economy Data for Vehicles and Engines | US EPA Annual Certification Data for Vehicles, Engines, and Equipment | US EPA For example: https://www.epa.gov/system/files/documents/2025-05/25-testcar-2025-05.xlsx Not perhaps what you are looking for but useful engineering data is there.
