Detailing the engine compartment...

This morning I washed our Clarity. When checking the oil, I noticed pollen was coating much of the engine compartment. So I did what I usually do, and posted to Facebook about it:

I did not expect controversy, but check the number of comments so far! As someone said, things escalated pretty quickly!
 
Looks great! I assume all the comments are the same as mine (I've never joined Facebook--they don't have any trolls there do they?).

I’ve been warned that Pledge is flammable, and I’m risking life and limb by using it. Which I think is ridiculous, but I have an experiment in mind. I’ll post the results when I get around to it.

In any case I’ve used Pledge on cars, motorcycles, planes and bicycles for probably around 30 years to no ill effect. Pretty sure I’ll keep doing so!
