You're doing better than I am! Just now mine changed to "In Transit" after being told it was released to the carrier last Friday. Mine only has to go 20 miles to the Baltimore dealer and yours already made it to Kansas! I hope you love it!
What dealership is handling your purchase? I am going through Mini of Montgomery County. Never even been to the dealership...lol

Ask-MINI said mine is supposed to get assigned to a truck on Friday and arrive at the dealer next Wednesday. This is agonizing!

What's been more helpful for folks, reaching out to their MA or calling ASK-MINI? I'm sure they both get info from the same place, but I'd imagine the MA's defaulting to a "I'll let you know when I hear more" response, which then depends on how often they check.

I use the My Garage on MINI USA but if I wanted more details I reached out to my MA. They have a whole spreadsheet they can pull up and see all the dates from start to finish depending on where it is in production. They can give you the exact name of the ship it is on and eta on arrival at the port. The dates for me were pretty right on the money. I only called MINI when I hadn't seen an update on the website for days when I knew it was at a certain point in the process and it didn't match.

I primarily use the website, but when I want more info I typically call Ask-MINI. I figure that they're paid to answer phone calls, whereas I assume my MA has other stuff going on during the day and may already be slammed.

Edit: when I was at the dealer last week, my MA brought up the latest info in about 15 seconds, and I think it's the same info the call center has.

I believe our cars were ship-mates on the Pleiades Leader and it sounds like my car is also scheduled to arrive at my dealer next Wednesday! I'm up in Portland—are you also in the Pacific Northwest by any chance? Man, I cannot wait to finally drive the car!

I used the MyGarage mostly. My MA didn’t know too much, certainly didn’t have a spreadsheet like LaurieS’ MA. I called AskMini a couple times for some info, but they didn’t seem to have much more info aside from what ship I was on.

In other news:
I snuck by after work in the off chance… THERE SHE IS!

Mine's been watching the rest of yours leave Southampton for a week, but neither the MA nor the customer support folks know what ship it's scheduled to be on.

I know it'll get moving again eventually, but it'd be helpful to have an idea of when "eventually" might be.

Not sure when yours got to port. Mine was there Saturday of thanksgiving and just left this last weekend if that helps you any. Going to California port.

Nope, I'm in Albuquerque. My MA emailed me today and said my car is already on a truck and might be at the dealer Thursday. I'm not sure why she has different info than Ask-MINI, but I sure hope she's right!

Mine is at the port as well since last Wednesday, hopefully it gets on the next ship that leaves this week to NYC, wishful thinking, but that’s the only option.

Ask-MINI says it could take 3 days to 3 weeks for car to get shipped whereas MA is confident that it will show up before the end of the year. Let’s see, fingers crossed.
