Is the oxford plant current under their summer break/maintenance? Signed off the build sheet on 6/20 and haven't gotten a build # yet. I read that they go on summer break each year but what are the dates?

I am ending 3rd week at port in Southampton. Here’s hoping next week we catch a boat [emoji51][emoji106].

Sending good vibes to you. Hope you get on a boat soon!

I just saw my status has changed back to at port. Does anyone know how long before it goes to on the way to dealer?

My red one went from port to pick up in 6 days. This one was 2 weeks. The dealer's info said dispatched to carrier the day it landed in port.

called Mini and yes! My BRG in transit now - It was sitting on PORT since Jun 8th and it was getting bit boring....

Voyage made by CARNATION ACE - Arriving to NYCPOA on July 9th.. will be able to pick up soon after, @Ramsay, mini - NJ. I think it shouldn't take more than 2-3 days after that... excited!!!

well.. It made to NYCPOA on 9th as expected, so now it is still sitting in NY PORT even today! So from One city in NJ (Bayyon, NJ to Ramsey NJ) it is taking more than a week.... Just can't get enough of waiting time!!! I started my loan early to get the best rate.. so will be paying for the interest even if the car isn't yet delivered (Called DCU Bank and they said, I pay from the day the check was issued .... :() - this move saved me about $750+ in interest over the loan period.... so overall happy - but lets deliver the car already - MA.... C'on!!!

Ugh. Car is at the dealer, but my MA just emailed me that the "service department will not be able to complete the pre delivery inspection until the middle of next week due to the current workload." Due to previous commitments, I'm not sure I'll be able to make the 400-mile round trip the following weekend, so it might be a couple of weeks before I can pick it up.

I ended up being able to make it over to Pensacola last night to pick up the car. Love it so far! The shutters in the grill are loose on the driver's side and service department said they were too busy to fix it by closing time, so my choices were leave the car there until next week and make another trip to pick it up, or take the car and deal with the shutters later, so that's on my to-do list.

Same here - I applied for financing through my credit union when my car was dispatched from the factory. My first loan payment was due two days ago, so I had already made a payment before I picked up the car.

Late post as I was super caught up and work….Meet MiniYo! I picked up my car last week and it is just beautiful! It was fun to track the progress and the wait was worth it. I love the enigmatic black and I found it classy! :)

After 3 weeks at the UK port, my vehicle finally shipped on the Brooklands 15 Jul, confirmed by MiniUSA and the dealership. The build tracker online still hasn’t updated and reflects “at the port”.

Unfortunately, with the German port strikes, it’ll be delayed — but at least I know it’s on its way to Baltimore!

Me too!! Didn’t know about the German strike - it just figures but at least moving like you said. It makes sense that a ship coming back from US would pick up Minis then go get Bimmers but heck! [emoji849][emoji51][emoji30][emoji106]

Further research showed strike was 48 hrs and forbidden to strike again till August 26 so was happy to see ship pulling into dock from anchorage now. Hopefully they load up quick and then on the way to the US!

Me too! I was worried because the Morning Peace left Southampton a few days before the Brooklands, and it’s still hanging out in the anchorage area! So glad to see Brooklands pull into the dock this evening, even a day earlier than what KLine projected, too. The arrival date into Baltimore was pushed from
1 August to 3 August — but not terrible!

The photo of your SE on the carrier is so precious! I'm envious. Your SE looks just like mine, except for the 2022/23 front end and the black trim the Iconics now sport.
Yes I was lucky, the son of a friend of mine who knows the BMW manager was driving by at the exact time of delivery!
