Dealer add-ons: ceramic coating, door/handle/bumper guards

Not standard. I had that added to my Iconic SE when I got it. I've had it on all my MINIs, but had to pay for it to be added after delivery. So lucky you if your dealer threw that in as a freebie.

Haha my dealer wasn't terribly organized so probably a mistake rather than an intentional freebie! I guess that makes up for them misleading me about the paint film coverage and forgetting both the trunk mat and short antenna I requested.

Where do you buy these?

I bought mine from AliExpress. About £6. If you don't mind a few weeks wait, its good value. They also do clear ones if you prefer? Couldn't find anything on Amazon or eBay unfortuanatly.
