Could this be another Kona fire?

This article doesn’t mention the make/model of car, but it does say it was a fire that started while the car was charging . If it was a Kona, then I believe it would be the first Kona fire in the US?

That is definitely a Bolt...I can tell by the tires and short sloping front end.

In the article, it seems to suggest the fire was caused by the charger and not the car itself. Seems to indicate electrical fault in the charger.

"The fire was ruled accidental and electrical by fire officials on scene, police said."
