Coolant Colour Confusion!

Further to my thread about having my coolant changed at the 60,000km service, Jim suggested I should have received a change to pink coolant.
So, when my dealer asked for feedback, I took the opportunity to ask for clarification.
The reply from their Master Technician was,
"Kona EV coolant is only changed to Pink if the previous colour in vehicle was Green. Since this vehicle had the Blue coolant already, we replace with Blue EV Coolant.
Note, the Crystallization concern in these systems is not caused by the coolant type fitted."
Now I'm even more confused...
Any comments, wise Kona people? Much appreciated.

This was news to me so i looked it up.
Sounds like blue is what you want anyway, per google AI.

Check your service manual...it will tell you.
What I do know, is if the in service date of the vehicle is prior to March 7, 2019, then the original green coolant is replaced with pink.
After that date, the original blue BSC1 is replaced with BSC2 low conductivity type, a preventative move by Hyundai before they actually figured out that it wasn't the coolant that caused the early battery fires-we now know it was a manufacturing defect in the folds of the anodes shorting out.
Your service tech is correct in his first statement;)
