I ordered the A2Z kit and installed today. There were normal installation challenges but one surprise.
The software reload appeared to stop for 3 hours versus the expected 30 minutes. A 12 V power-on reset cleared the problem and everything worked fine. But it is important to retain access to the 12 V and traction battery connectors.
