Clarity owners head count. What is the owner count on this forum?

Yes, I'm sure the dealer just wanted to sell the one they had on the lot. Built Dec. 2017. They did drop the price $7000, dollars. When the retro T Birds were released they were over priced and some sat on the lot for around two years. When they were finally sold the tires had developed some flat spotting and
gave a very rough ride. Some had to be replaced. I had thoughts about the high voltage battery sitting for such a long time and dealers forget and don't charge them.

Here is a Honda dealers response to the Question: "Is this car discontinued ? I find no dealers selling any 2019's. Response: "It's not discontinued. They just haven't released the 2019's yet". I still have the text on my phone, it was dated
Thursday July 11, 2019. Thanks for your response.
From the point of view of a dealer in Florida that is essentially correct, they can't currently get 2019's. In fact some of us are starting to wonder if 2019's will ever be sold outside of the ZEV states. A few scattered 2019's have gone to other states, those may have been special orders that were cancelled, although from what I understand dealers say they cannot be ordered. Maybe there was a brief window during the transition from 2018 to 2019 that a few cars slipped through the ZEV barricade.

Really, I went to Chicago from Kansas City to get mine on 6/1. KC dealers were not willing to come down on the price that Chicago dealer gave me on touring. From which dealer in KC you got yours?

I live in KC and I got mine in KC! I got mine at Jay Wolfe Honda. Lee’s Summit Honda refused to make a deal with me. I do take it to LSH for service though.

A base/touring survey might be interesting as a way to see how many Clarity owners are currently active on the forum as well as finding out the percentage of each trim. Actually model year would be interesting also so that would be four choices. Probably no need to include "don't own Clarity" because probably non-owners are less likely to participate in the survey anyway and also including non-owners would skew the percentages.

I like that. Would be very interesting to see how many 2018's vs 2019's. I am interested in the 2019 roll out and how successful it was.
