Clarity FCV vs EV vs PHEV

Hello Clarity Drivers - If you are on this thread and you live in California, you may have considered getting a hydrogen fuel-cell Clarity FCX before you opted for a Clarity EV or PHEV. We are a team of academic geographers and ethnographers who are studying people's decision-making processes regarding whether or not to get a fuel cell vehicle (FCV). We are especially interested in talking to people who actually considered purchasing or leasing an FCV but decided AGAINST doing so. We’ve already interviewed many people who got a Clarity FCV or Toyota Mirai (and would be happy to add to that total), but we really need more participants who decided to go in a different direction, such as one of the plug-in Clarity models.

Interviews will take about 20 minutes and can be conducted by phone, Skype, or Google Hangouts. Participants will receive an Amazon gift card as a small token of appreciation for their participation. For sure. And in terms of our study, if anyone did speak with their local Honda dealer about a Clarity Fuel Cell vehicle, that would certainly qualify as having "actually considered" a FCV before getting something different. So... If So Equipped... did you do so before leasing your Clarity BEV, and if so, we would love to interview you as part of our study. THANKS!
