Chinese Tesla's in Canada?

This car carrier arrived from China a few weeks ago and is waiting to unload in Vancouver. The Morning Crown is one of the largest car carriers in the world. But no Chinese manufacturer has previously imported 6000 cars at a time so I was confused.
Elon just announced that all American made cars will stay in the US to take advantage of Biden's tax credits. And Canada will be supplied from the Shanghai plant.

I'm pretty sure these are the first Chinese Tesla's for Canada.

Without USA subsidies of the IRA act, Tesla has to compete in free markets based on price-performance. Meanwhile in the USA, Tesla will pocket a lot of Federal subsidies promoted by someone who won't speak his name.
