According to Transport Evolved, the Chevy Bolt is going to start receiving an OTA update starting April 18, and rolling out until it's done. It works through the OnStar system.
For some reason, an OTA update isn't being done for the battery issue (in some 2017 Bolts), and so owners will still have to go to the dealership once they are contacted by GM.
