Charging Issue

Hi there folks, I have a 2020 Kia Niro that won't charge anymore on the DC fast charge. Do I have to change the port?

Due to mice chewing my charge port wiring in my car, I lost DCFC capabilities until I got the wiring replaced. Hope it isn't something that extreme for you.
