Here is the charging chart for today's charging session on a 50kw charger..
First drop from 48kw to 35kw at 77% and 2nd drop from 37kw to 24kw at 79%.
It seems like the drop points have shifted by 0.5%.. I would bet that they added 0.5% to the buffer...

The cooling that kicked in near 100F, was that passive or active (heat pump)?
I don't have a heat pump.. I'm sure it used the AC to cool down the coolant as the air temperature was around 84 degrees F, 29 C.
Cooling on 50kw chargers kicks on at 98.6F/37C and turns off at 91.4F/33C

Ok, yeah, I used heat pump to refer to the refrigerant compressor in general terms. Essentially the transitions at 77 and 79% SoC were not hampered by excessive battery temperature.

Based on my experience, the transition points of 76.5 and 78.5% always stayed the same unless I started the charge at high SoC.. If I started the charge at 70%, I was able to charge in the 48kw range until 80%
