Charging cable advice

Are you asking where to plug it in to the car? or are you referring to a Level 2 leadused in Europe. The level 2 lead is used at public Level 2 EVSE charge stations. If your asking where to plug it in on the car there is a port on the front of the car on the driver side of the car. Press in on the upper right corner about a 1/4 inch and let go. It should pop open behind the port you will find two covered plugs . Remove the top one and plug the large end of the lead into it and the other end in to the appropriate wall socket (or if its a level 2 lead in Europe the other end plugs into a level 2 EVSE) and the car will start charging. Once the charging is complete you will need to press the unlock button twice to unlock the charger so that you can remove the plug form the car. I suggest reviewing the manual for all the details on charging the car. If that not the question you were asking please clarify and I will try to respond.

A new Kona electric and just found the charging lead in the boot. Can someone advise where to use this?
Thanks
Judging by the "boot" clue I am guessing UK or Europe? It is a good thing to include location in your profile.
This video from Europe explains well the capability of the charging cable included in your Kona Electric. The orange cord is only rated at 20 A max.
Probably a good idea to utilize the LOCK mode on the charging connector Auto/lock Mode button lower part of the dash, to prevent theft. as Fastnf advises a read of the manual is in order.
BTW congratulations and enjoy your new Kona Electric.

Thank you.. it's not about where the charging point is in the car, it is a charging cable in the boot but think I have sorted it now.
Thanks
