Interesting flow chart and details. So THAT suggests that a min 25% SOC is required for the Aux Battery Saver 'top off' .
You seem very very knowledgeable about this ... So if I can ask a question, I've been monitoring my 12V after this experience. I have a Battery tester/display plugged into the center 12V plug. I check the Aux voltage without turning the actual car on (push START, no Pedal). It regularly shows 12.5V .. When I run the car, it fluctuates between roughly 13.6V & 15.6V ... What am I seeing when the car is running? And lastly, I'm assuming it's NOT Charging the Aux when running, right?
