Cannot log back into Mini App

I need some help here.

I am in Canada. Today I logged out of the app, but cannot log back in. Error message is due to slow or no internet connection. Of course there are internet connection, lol. I am using fiber internet. Also showing (2910). I suppose it is the error code.

In the car, it can connect to internet without problem.

Also, when I tried to log in at the Mini.ca web page under Owner, I got a message saying that they are haveing some trouble.

Can someone shine some light on it?

After trying many times. I can log in again. But I need to re-enter the vin number, as if I am a new owner. My thinking is that, because of all the error messages, I went to change my password. Not waiting long enough. My bad.
