Canada Service Campaign, C0714, Improved battery monitoring.

I received a Service Campaign Notice today in the mail, telling me my 2021 Kona should get a BMS update. I called my local dealer and they knew nothing about it! (Bridgewater, Nova Scotia).
My car has 120Kkms, and has been terrific and almost trouble-free. I'm 75 and it is the first car I bought new. Still delivers 420kms summer, 360kms winter. Averages 6km/kwh. Trailering and wet foul weather, your range will obviously vary, but is predictable when you get used to it.
The dealer has made very little money from me, but I do value them as the fall-back resource.
Service I have done: wheels and tires, change gear oil. Service they have done: replace 12v battery under warranty, replace brake fluid. The car is in regular use, so the brakes have survived our high humidity. My daughter's 2014 Chevy Volt is on the third set of brake rotors, as she lives on the top of a hill, and only uses the car 2 or 3 times a week.
Anyone else get the letter?
