Canada EV sales for Sept, but no Konas

Sales were up. But not a single Kona sold in Sept, according to this. I assume has all to with no inventory and a long wait list.

Let's say you place your deposit on a Kona in May but that you really get your car and finalize the contract and start doing payments in September...
Are you counted as a May sale or as an September sale?

I would expect that to be a Sept sale.

I bought mine with no financing in September from Brantford Hyundai in Ontario with no deposit. So there should be at least one.

Looks like in the US, 190 Konas were sold in September.. Best number so far..

Considering that the car is only available in a few select states and limited supply, that number is excellent..
It's nice to see a steady rise in EV sales every month.. Of course, there was a spike just before the Model 3 tax credit dropped as people wanted to buy before the drop in the tax credit. Other than that, it shows a nice increase in EV sales..
