There is a "BlueLink" app that you should find in the Android play store. Expect to be disappointed, in that it can be kind of slow and sometimes it appears to not work. But for turning on the climate, it will eventually do the job.
Once you get the app installed, you will need to add the vehicle - if you just bought the car, it might take a day or two for the dealer to set things up for you. You will need the VIN for this.
Then select the "Remote Start" button on the main screen. Which is a little counter-intuitive, but that's where you find the stuff to turn on the climate.

So now I'm bit confused did I need the app or not I am paired to my KonaNo bluetooth. The tablet needs WiFi to connect to the BlueLink servers. The app doesn't connect directly to the car - it goes through Hyundai servers. This is generally the really slow part.

Ok I'll get this o work. What app did you use.??I take that back. From my laptop I can do similar things to the car just using a browser connected to this:

The app just makes it a bit easier if you are on Android.
True - it will need wifi.Few tablets have LTE connections, and if this is the case the mobile app shouldn't even show up in the store.
