Camperizing

I am looking at alternatives to accessing the Buzz battery for camping power. I will need 2000 watts 110 volts to run Induction cooktop, microwave or kettle. I could either tap directly into the Buzz battery to run an inverter or carry an additional 300 AH LiPo battery to run the inverter. The latter would require a tap into thw buzz charging system. Has any one had any experience along these lines.
