Almost exactly my experience. I submitted on Dec 30 and got the check on Friday April 26.

I got my $2500 Texas rebate in less than 30 days; smaller program tho'.

Damn that was fast. My clarity is my third car for this rebate and I expect it to take no less than 6 months. That's how long my Prius Prime and Tesla took.
