Cabin filter change..

Did my 15k mile service.. Only required item to be changed was the cabin air filter.. Takes less than 1 minute to change.. Had to order the filter as my local Hyundai dealer did not have it in stock.. Below a pic of my old filter..

Probably $35 to $50.. I take mine out every 6 months and blast mine with my air compressor

I used OEM. Had to order online 97133-K4000
Paid $30 + $10 shipping, so about $40 total..

That's the one for the ICE Kona.. It won't fit.. I made the mistake and got one for the ICE Kona first but it did not fit..

UPDATE: Based on feedback from other posters, appears this filter does NOT fit the Kona Electric.

I'm in the process of sending that very filter back to Amazon. Although it *says* it fits Kona Electric, it doesn't (too small)

R0000 will not fit.. That's the one I first got and it's too big.. the cover will not close with that filter. It has to be K4000

R0000 is 1.5 cm narrower but 1 cm deeper (lid will not close).
So, if it fits ICE Kona, it won't fit the Electric Kona.. They are not the same.

Not to be cheap but it's for the cabin air so that's why I just take it out and blow the crap out of it then vacuums as well it works . Eventully will get a new one way down the road

well good for them. When i go for service on my last leaf I told them What I wanted not just your flat rate service ….

Only thing missing in that video is to be sure to orient the filter arrows down with the air flow, also mentioned in the owners manual.:
