Cabin filter change..

Did my 15k mile service.. Only required item to be changed was the cabin air filter.. Takes less than 1 minute to change.. Had to order the filter as my local Hyundai dealer did not have it in stock.. Below a pic of my old filter..

R0000 will not fit.. That's the one I first got and it's too big.. the cover will not close with that filter. It has to be K4000

R0000 is 1.5 cm narrower but 1 cm deeper (lid will not close).
So, if it fits ICE Kona, it won't fit the Electric Kona.. They are not the same.

Not to be cheap but it's for the cabin air so that's why I just take it out and blow the crap out of it then vacuums as well it works . Eventully will get a new one way down the road
 
The dealer signed my warranty book without changing it at the first service, despite it being a scheduled replacement item, but my Kona had only 10,000 km. It saved me over $100 on the bill.

well good for them. When i go for service on my last leaf I told them What I wanted not just your flat rate service ….
