Buyback car offered for sell

I was able to track down my old 2019 Kona EV. After Hyundai bought it back from me it sat at a local dealership and then was offered in an auction. It was bought by Murdock Hyundai in Lindon, UT and offered for sale. I booked marked the links to the car listing and the Carfax report:

On the next day the listing was removed from the site but the Carfax link still works. It shows the car was serviced at the dealership but there is no evidence the battery was replaced. By the short time it stayed at the dealership I am inclined to think the battery was not replaced but I can't be sure. I do not know if they sold or not. I was able to see the car driving in the area after being removed from the site.

I wonder if anyone else whose car was bought back knows if the battery on their Kona was replaced after that.
 
Our 2019 Kona EV was bought back in TX. The buyback agent told the dealer to open a work order and fix the vehicle. The dealer isn't equipped for this so they passed and Hyundai was going to send a truck to pick it up. It has been over 2 months and the recall is still open for this VIN.

My buyback Kona is for sale at the same dealership but at a different dealership location.. It was auctioned off in Orlando..

How much was everyone offered on your buyback and how did you initiate the process? I took my 2019 Kona Ev in for a message to “replace inverter fluid” and now the dealership is refusing to return my car! They have no loaner vehicles available, Hyundai said they “may” refund rental expenses and the service department claims the repairs could take several months to complete.

I have opened a case with Hyundai, but it takes 5-7 business days for them to respond.

I signed an agreement that prevents me from publicly posting the amount but what I can tell you is that they used exactly the formula in my state's lemon law.. So, depending on your state, look at your state's lemon law and use that to calculate the amount you would get.
