Bolt E-brake engages when unlocking doors while outside vehicle

When unlocking the doors using the key fob outside the vehicle, the e-brake engages making the sound heard in the video. Has anyone else experienced this issue with the Chevy Bolt EV?

I have had this happen on rare occasions. It usually does not. Normally the parking brake will only engage when I shift to park on an incline or when I pull the switch.
