Body Side Molding DIY?

Has anyone bought the body side moldings and installed them themselves?
It appears that they're available from College Hills pre-painted for about $75 less than the dealer quoted them installed.
I'm curious what's involved in the installation. Is a template provided for placing them?

College Hill has the instructions that can be downloaded. Look at the bottom of the product description page. According to the instructions, it comes with templates for placement.

The problem with the Honda mouldings is that they sit too low on the door. They won't help avoid side dings.
