I bought a BMW i3 recently. On a 2015 plate 20000 miles on the clock full BMW service history.
I really like the car. However it's got a heavy steering proplem. I've taken it to BMW for a diagnostic check. They had the car for an hour and said, we have checked everything and it must be the steering rack, at a cost of £3600 pounds.
Can anyone please advise me regarding this issue. The more I look into the issue, the more I get frustrated, it could be loads of things. I've done the basic things reset steering, etc.
