Bluelink App

I have an Ioniq 5 SE. When I use the Bluelink app to turn the Climate On, it turns on but when I open the drivers door the system immediately turns off. I am trying to find out if this is normal. I contacted Hyundai but no answer yet. I am hoping to get feedback from the forum.

I have the AWD, LR with Ultimate package - it behaves the same as your version of BlueLink. Cheers, Steve

Yes, definitely normal. Mine does it, my Kona that I had before did it. Actually it doesn't stop if you walk by and it unlocks and then relocks. Only if you actually open the door.
