Bjorn got a look at an ID.4

Bjorn got a chance to see an ID.4 - no road test yet, and he wasn't allowed to touch the car for some reason. There happened to be an ID.3 parked next to it, so they could literally do side-by-side comparison.



The version that Bjorn was seeing had some interesting features.
  • Tow hitch was included - there was a button you press to release it.
  • HUD was present, but they said the software was still not 100%.
  • Touchless liftgate.
  • Good legroom in front and back.
No idea if we get all of these things here..
 
We will get the tow hitch, touchless liftgate and good legroom. HUD is not included in the tech list for the ID.4 Pro Standard edition I reserved.

In this weeks podcast, Kyle mentioned that he would be going to Detroit to see the ID.4. Monday, I think. Don't know whether he will get to drive it, and if so, how long he will have the thing.
