Yes, I'd like to understand that. The card in spokes sound is almost at an unbearable level now, and almost always on regen, so I suspect the bearings in the reduction motor are shot. Gets very high pitched at high speed and quite loud clacking at low speed. My dealer did say that when they install the motor mounts, if they feel it won't solve the problem, they just order the parts for the next remedy right then and there, so I am happy I don't have to live with it as it gets worse to prove anything to the dealer.That "chatter", is that different than the barely audible card in the spokes sound (tick, ticking) at very low speeds when taking off and stopping?
At least I can now charge to 100%, so the end of the battery saga has come for me.
I did ask about the $5/day and the service guy said he thought that went through Hyundai Canada and not the dealer. He's looking into it for me, but just one more hurdle.
