I agree. I am perplexed and troubled, though, by the apparent differences in reported behavior from one Clarity to the next. I still don't know whether or not my CBMS system would actually work in an emergency. I have had the Brake light and audible warning come on briefly on a few occasions, so at least I know the system is enabled.
