Saw first one in the wild. Color said "Look at me, I'm different." From a distance I just assumed it was an annoyingly bright blue-green beetle-colored Audi SUV.

Also didn't realize the shortness of it. Looking online, it has similar cargo space as the HR-V. When a Toyota/Honda EV emerges with the same utility as a Highlander or Pilot and can carry me and my gear 400 miles in 6 hours, I might finally consider making the switch. Recharge at the destination is still a problem but maybe it'll be solved by then.
I suppose the other option is to move closer to the destination but that, too, will have to wait several more years.

Honda just revealed its Acura SUV EV concept, which, from past history would suggest that the full model will be revealed next year. I would wager they wouldn’t release anything with a range under 250mi, probably closer to 300mi considering it’s a premium brand. Your wish may be closer than you think.
Next step… paying for it.

Of course, the humdrum $65K-$80K Acura ZDX EV is already in dealer showrooms. You're talking about the wild Acura Performance EV Concept. It will obviously be much more expensive than the ZDX.
It looks pretty wild. I expect those deeply sculpted doors will be replaced by two flatter doors on each side. Does Acura believe an SUV can fill the big hole in their lineup caused by the departure of the late NSX?

I'm relieved to read Honda doesn't intend the Acura Performance EV Concept to replace the NSX.
Honda has confirmed an electric Acura NSX replacement is coming. "We may not call it an NSX, but it's kind of an NSX-type of vehicle." I'm sure Chevy's Corvette engineers are paying close attention.

My guess is it will be the Acura version of the Honda One saloon concept? Or at least have a related underlying architecture

I've been keeping my eye out for Prologue reviews - surprised to see there are next to no posts here on the forum. I saw the Prologue for the 1st time at a local Honda dealership the other day.
It looks like a nice ride. Larger in size than expected. Trunk space is pretty small, though.
Beyond that... I have not seen one on the road yet. I wonder if they are selling?

Through the third quarter, the Prologue is the 5th best-selling EV in the U.S., ahead of the Ioniq5 and just behind the Mach-E. Not bad, considering it only went on sale in March. I just saw my first Prologue in the wild, and I was struck by how much Honda seems to have tried to make the thing not stand out from the crowd. The styling is generic Honda crossover, and the front end doesn't scream "EV!" the way, say, any Tesla does.
