I placed my 23SE Signature order on 3/28 and stuck at QC since 5/16. Its been about 2 months now. I dont even hear back from sales person from BMW of Plano. Anyone stuck at QC for more than 3 months? Will i be able to get this car before year end?
Read the whole thread - there are a number of us that have been stuck since that exact time frame.....Not trying to sound like a jerk but I think as oyu go through it you will learn what we know and what we don't know....so far I don't think anyone has officially left QC yet but we are hoping for the end of the month.....

So my weekly email to my MA yielded nothing - although he did try to call me right away to update me that he had no new info. Pro tip to Mini of Austin - make sure your outgoing caller ID doesn't come up as Spam Risk....

I DM'ed the @MiniUSA folks on twitter who gave us the end of July target date. In less than 10 minutes they responded that we are still on track....

So - next week I will call Brandon just to see what he has to say.

Hang in there - I think we are getting close.

Oh yeah - whatever happened to those puzzles they were supposed to send out to us?

Supply chain issues. Did you guys order the max strength blinker fluid? Some who order the max strength thing the car is still British, and actually use the blinkers. I went cheap, and opted for standard since it really is just a BMW, and I am obligated to fit the stereotype. I figured regular strength in the small size that comes standard would last me for years before running out.

The above is post 3 of this thread. I thought I was being funny. After 2 months, it isn't. I don't know how you guys stuck in QC have not blown a gasket yet. Good luck. BMW/Mini owes you more than a stinkin puzzle.

Day 67 in quality check. Hoping this is the last full week in limbo.
It will be interesting to see if MINI treats the QC cars as just business as usual or if they make an effort to let customers know it's finally their turn to get the parts that have been going exclusively to cars on the production line.

It's too bad MINI's dark QC ops prevents you from knowing what missing parts have caused this long delay. Were your cars driven to the QC lot or were they towed? Are all the cars in the QC lot SEs?

Who else got a boilerplate e-mail from Mini today apologizing?

What's funny and sad is I read the preview in the notification on my phone and thought it was going to be a puzzle shipment notification.

It wasn't.

I got the email too. Almost 10 weeks and now we get an email lol Maybe the puzzles are the missing piece :)

Ha! I saw something in my inbox, but thought it was just marketing crap (which it basically is), but I checked and I did get the same email.

"Your order has been received" is more of an insult if you ask me. MINI should be sending out an email with a video showing the piece your car has been waiting for being installed.
