I went to "My MINI Garage" and clicked on the information icon next to my car's VIN. It states "You recently purchased this vehicle and it is still in production...". I do not even know where my $250 purchase order went for my build, but I have had this VIN since May 5. I have been under the impression that I have put money down with the agreement of buying this car for the past 3 1/2 months. I hope I can put together this case with an accountant or attorney if I decide to move forward.

Good luck. I'm in the same situation with my dad. It got me thinking how short health and life is and we should take opportunities when we can. Not to mention how this crazy world gets crazier by the day.

Being fueled right now. Maybe they'll put in some higher octane sludge than the normal bunker sludge and it will be here sooner.

Drive Green Highway is taking the opposite route (Zeebrugge to Bremerhaven), but anchored a couple days ago off the coast of Bremerhaven.
I heard it will be in Galveston on Sept 6th. We shall see!

LOL, I just looked back in my posts and at one point Orion Highway scheduled to pull into Baltimore TODAY.

My mini shown as in transit in the past two week. All the sudden it jumped back to the previous step “at the port” my dealer told me that means it’s at the US port, which I doubt it. Anyone have this roll back in mini garage process or know what that might mean?

Mine IS in NYC and that rollback to “at the port” happened today (about 2 days after being unloaded).

Still undecided - definitely not making a decision until i have to - hoping we get updated guidance on the tax credit that is in our favor. Must confess between this and QC debacle, my enthusiasm is waning.
