Adding an amp and a sub

Hey there.

Love the car not thrilled with the stereo. Any issues adding an amp and a sub and better speakers? I’d get it done professionally, just wondering if anyone has done it and if it’s effected their EV range or if there is anything I should know. I’ll spoke to cutchfield about equipment but the place I went to today does tons of Honda’s.

I searched for "audio upgrade" and found this thread. Note that some upgraders believe there is a conflict between the Clarity's audio noise canceling and upgraded audio components that causes a booming sound. Other issues discussed are changing speakers, and difficulties getting wires through the firewall and into the trunk area.

I searched for "speaker quality" and found this thread. If you search for other terms, I'm sure you'll find even more info on upgrading the Clarity's audio system. This forum is filled with experts.
