Got one 5/1, So far, so good. I purchased the SE model in cement gray, Toyota was running a very aggressive lease offer at the time of $6,500 off, and the dealer threw in additional monies as well. It looks like they lowered the lease discount for May.
Still learning all the bells and whistles. Like the smaller footprint. Very quick (rated at 4.9 seconds to 60 MPH and one of the reviews did about 4.5) and also very quiet. I'm in the process of getting a level 2 charger installed. In the limited amount of driving I have done so far in perfect EV conditions (60 degree temperatures), I'm getting 4 to 4.5 miles per kilowatt (the battery is 75KW and the rated range is 287 miles). Will see how that plays out long term. I also like that it weighs considerably less than some of the other options in the market (~4,400 pounds), while others like the Equinox and Nissan Ariya are around 5,000 pounds. Hopefully, that will make it a little easier on the tires.
Toyota's infotainment setup is okay, but there other manufacturers who do better in that regard. They really want you to start out in Car Play. Toyota is also big on black/gray interiors right now as well. It is okay. Going to the higher trim where a lighter trim is available also gets 20" wheels which are really unnecessary for a car of this size.
Still have my 2018 Clarity. Unsure how long I will keep it at this point. Has been a good car, but I found myself always wanting to drive in EV mode at this point.
