Hello all, first post! I have been "working" with the dealer about updates for my Blazer EV RS RWD. They are telling me that I have the current update for my vehicle, but my vehicle is showing me that the last update was in 2025. I never see monthly or quarterly OTA update prompts on the radio, since I took my car to the dealer in 2024 for manual updates, since my OTA update at that time would not apply. They opened a TAC case, and they said that my vehicle is getting all the updates its supposed to.
I am looking for other 2024 RS RWD owners that can speak to the update experience on the same model year. Maybe what versions your vehicle shows, and if you are seeing monthly updates. My information...
It seems odd to me that my Android security patch level is April 5, 2024, and my last installed update is 2025, almost exactly when they manually applied them. Any help is appreciated, and I can use that to add to my TAC case with GM.
