2024 Niro Wave Fan Speed question

Hi,

There are so many things I still can't figure out with this car (I just got a few weeks ago).
One is the fan speed.
Every time I start the car, the fan speed defaults to level 5. A bit more wind than I want.

Does anyone know...
Is there a way to get it to default to level 1?

Hmm, that's not very helpful.

I started pressing through the climate setup in the vehicle. My first feelings about this, was the problem was connected to my personalizations. I haven't tried it, but I think this has to do with the "anti-mold" feature for the climate system which I have turned on. Since it's "anti-mold" I feel like I should just live with it, and adjust it on the fly.
