2022 Mini SE Passenger wheel front well ?

This is a picture of wheel well looks to me like is some plastic cover is missing anyone can confirm yours looks like that ,wires and components are expose to debris and water from wheel . Thanks Rexsio

I don't see any open holes where the bolts would fasten an additional cover. I don't know how big a cover could be without interfering with the suspension. Is there a cover on the other side? Perhaps someone who lives in a warm place will provide confirmation that your SE isn't missing such a cover.

I fix this any way without knowing if I miss a part or not I would love to have confirmation from someone if there big hole without protection from debris flaying into wiring look at my picture attached

I use something flexible to prevent interference with tire rack but that hole is cover .like mini didn’t now what to do with it . For my excuse I work in Fiat factory building a cars in EU .or a part was never installed on my SE .
 
Wish I had a 65-70 degree garage like you! I went outside to my dark, freezing driveway where my salt-covered MINI is, stuck my camera into each front wheel well, and here's what my camera saw.

On passenger side a wheel should be turn to left that what we looking for to a left on wheel well like 10 o’clock picture

If you look at my picture your front wheel is completely different a caliper is on 9 o’clock mine 2022 se caliper is on 3 o’clock as we now they butcher R56 gas to make an EV go cart but I still love my race car
