2012 Volt service

We’ve had a 2012 Chevy Volt for about a year, it’s been great, it has just over 100k, but now it’s throwing a: “service high voltage charging system” error code. (According to YouTube), this is common around this age/mileage, and requires a small amount of coolant added to the (liquid cooled) battery reservoir. I’ve done this, but haven’t been able to clear the codes. Does anyone have a recommendation(s) on a fix, or shops EV experienced/friendly?

You might try a 12V reset by disconnecting the ground. I do not know for how long because the DC-to-DC converter.
