My second Volt. After using up 30-35 electric miles, and driving a while on gasoline, I get the Reduced Propulsion message. Driving city (Albuquerque area) only since purchase two months ago. Need help. Thank you

You need to use mountain mode to hold electric miles and use gasoline. Switch back to normal mode and use the electric miles just before charging. Try to reach destination with a couple of electric miles remaining. You should not get the “reduced propulsion” if you do this.
