1 winter tire needed

One of my Pirelli winter tires died here in cold Minneapolis. I need a replacement for my 2022 Mini Cooper SE. Does anybody have one I can buy?

I highly recommend replacing at least in pairs.

I'd try Discount Tire, they seem to have Pirelli Cinturato P1s available (oops, those are summer tires – the winter Pirellis seem to be backordered, which could mean unavailable for the season). I get my Nokian Hakkapeliittas from them.

When I needed to replace some snow tires mid-winter I ended up finding them on Amazon.

In addition to Amazon, you might try eBay. When I was shopping for a specific brand and size of summer tires, all of the "usual" places were out of stock but some random tire warehouse in California had exactly what I needed--and they sold to out-of-state customer through eBay.
