Don't like your EV range? -- Slow Down !
Please spare me the criticism...
I do know that you really can't do this under most circumstances because you will be run over !
There are a lot of factors that can effect EV range performance, and there are many discussions in this forum related to...
I finally got a real winter drive in, and the good news is the SE is handling the cold temperatures much better than I expected.
I went for a 55-mile drive in 10-12 ºF temperatures and got 3.4 mi/kWh (29.4 kWh/100 mi). Roads were clear and almost no wind.
I had cabin heat set to 68 ºF, seat...
Newbie here. Would like a Tesla, but I can get a huge rebate on Chevy Bolt. So far those are the only two EV's I've considered. Anybody have any sleeper picks for a very efficient EV, factoring in affordability?

We drove the MINI from a completed full charge down until it put itself in park at a consistent 56mph / 90km/hr. The temps were chilly (45-50 degrees F), green mode, climate in auto 68-70F (second level fan). The car managed 132 miles before coming to a stop.
Pretty impressive!

See below an impression of how this would look like on a model 3.
As I would like to gather some input from model 3 owners...
TLDR; I am getting ~55mpg exclusively on gas. Here's my data:
For the past week, I decided to run a test on the kind of efficiency I should expect out of my driving conditions. I commute 20mi each way from work, consisting of 10mi town roads and 10mi highway. My average speed likely falls...
