Hurricanes can wipe the electrical grid on an island taking weeks or longer to rebuild. Tesla sends photocells and powerwalls/grid batteries to provide power for hospitals and other critical facilities. Perhaps it is time for fuel cell advocates to follow Tesla's lead.

Send a large, hydrogen tank trailer with fuel cells and grid power inverters. Take over the temporary duties of a feed to hospitals, food storage, water treatment, and other critical services while the grid is rebuilt. Perhaps two hydrogen tanks so one can drain and the other take over while the first is driven to be refueled.
