Does anyone know how I can exit the Clarity and leave it running and with the doors locked? For example, if I have my dogs in the car and need to run into the dry cleaner for a few minutes, here in Phoenix, I need to leave the air conditioning running for them. With my Clarity, it doesn't seem to let me lock the doors when it is running and the key is outside the car. With my Leaf, I could just lock the doors manually and it would work just fine. The Clarity doesn't seem to want to let me lock the door when it is running, even when I have the key with me. I suppose I could stop it, lock it, and then hit the A/C button on the remote. I don't think you can leave the car running and lock the door from the outside. You can however, shutdown the car, lock the door and use Hondalink to pre-conditioning to keep the AC running.
I wouldn't trust using remote climate, if the battery is less than half or so it won't cool. Not sure as to the answer, I don't see anything in the book yet
