The two things I really don't like about my car are the very slow response from the control tablet and no physical volume control. (The incorrect HV range is minor annoyance.) I've been mostly using the steering wheel volume control. When I do use the tablet control, I have been tapping the slider area on left edge, waiting for the volume display on main screen, and then hitting mute or adjusting volume from the main screen. I discovered that a quick swipe down on the slider area will mute the volume. A single tap on it will unmute. You do not need to wait for the main screen to catch up.
