No problems with rain traction, just unhappy with the early wear with both the Hankooks and the Goodyears. I've gotten accustomed to the road noise.

EVs wear tires faster due to extra weight and extra torque. I haven't heard of any tires that hold up a long time. The "EV optimized" tires tend to focus on lower rolling resistance.

That's why I thought polling folks here might be more informative than, e.g., Tire Rack reports or treadwear ratings.

What tires typically come on the SE? Goodyear Eagles, Pirelli Cinturato P7, Hankook (what model)... anything else?

Is not so many tires with All Weather tread for SE size specifically 195/55/16 but I put Nokian WR -G4 All Weather on Forester and in my experience after 10000 miles the best tires ever /snow / slush/ wet / summer no wear .They are in 17 “ sizes for SE anybody try ? To choose a tires you have to be specific in your climate conditions .I own second set of rims and once I kill Hankooks they only summer tires if you drive them below 45 ‘ you wear them fast ! I will try Nokians 195/55/16 All Weather tread Solstice with snow flakes designations for light snow in NY.bc I own set Hankooks with 3000 miles I bought for $400 set with Revolites rims . I’m going to switch summer to colder weather 40’ temperatures to Solstice Nokian 16”.Here is a picture where to buy only 16”.Simpletire .com For many people information a ALL WEATHER tires are not the same as ALL SEASONS TIRES ATTACH=full]22030[/ATTACH]

I'm on my second set of Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 3 tires at 74,000 miles, but I swap out for Hakkapeliitta R3s for winter (also on my second set of those). I had to replace the Goodyears after two summers, so lets say about 25,000-30,000 miles total?
