Makes me wonder why a new smart car doesn’t cost 10k
There is a motor in the thing, right? Because when he popped the "hood", it was empty.
No way the thing is street legal, so it amounts to a golf cart.
I got you bet Bob. This car is $800 to $1500. And solar powered to boot. Of course if you take it on the street, you will have everyone honking and giving you the finger.

there's a guy south of town here who gets golf carts with horn/turn signals that can licensed for road use in alberta.
those would fall in that category.
they fall in that category of on road, but off highway.
lots of little communities and acreage areas these would fit the same as golf carts in.
wonder if that bracketing on the firewall under the dash is for optional ac.
