If we look at ISS and Glass Lewis proposals they seem to be designed to slow down or cancel the company executing on its core mission. That is utter nonsense and sabotage.

They don't like Robyn Denholm because they are apparently mad they weren't able to wreck Tesla so they want her removed. Utter bs.

They want to force advertising not because they care about their own actual investors returns (outside of their fossil fuel investors) but because they ad industry presumably paid them to sabotage Tesla because Tesla sets an example that makes puts a limit (a competitive limit) on that industries collusive crimes against the public- Tesla is like Netflix in this sense, there bs can't work if there is an honest alternative.

The don't like Musk's pay with great falsity and irony claiming it is glutinous when they know he is going to put it all into Space X and humanity's plan B. Its no like it goes into different residences- he sold them even though all they did was provide him cover for needed rest.

It is time for these shill investors to have to be transparent. Maybe changing the Tesla charter on investment in the firm could make a difference but if the governing documents don't already allow it I'd like to see Tesla shareholders vote to remove ISS and Glass Lewis or just have the firm look at them and check to make sure they haven't violated and condition that would allow their immediate removal. They need to be removed!

Ever one of the above proposals is stupid, how did they even come to a vote?
